Note: The entry fee increases if entry is received after Sunday November 19, 2023.
Please list the full names of the members of the race team on the entry form. It is not required, but names included on entry forms will be GUARANTEED pit entry if the pits sell out.
If you pre pay for pit passes, you will be handed the pit bands at the time of purchase.

Pit passes can be pre-paid and picked up on race day (not before) at the white Pit Shack at the pit entrance. (Office Hours for pre-pay are listed above.)

Pit passes can be purchased for cash or credit on Race Day at the pit shack located at the Pit Area Entrance.

Season Pass holders should pick up their complimentary pit pass at the Main Office on Race Day (each day.)
EVENT SCHEDULE
v8 DEMOLITION DERBY do not need to enter before event day.
$20 car entry fee plus pit pass.
Pit passes $35 on race day cash or credit.
Fees non-refundable if car fails tech.

TOUR MODIFIEDS AND WALL MODIFIEDS WILL ONLY BUY PRACTICE TIRES ON PRACTICE DAY.
RUN WHATEVER TIRES YOU LIKE AT PRACTICE NOV. 18 & 19.
RACE TIRES MUST BE PURCHASED ON RACE DAY FOR WALL MODIFIEDS AND TOUR MODIFIEDS
via Tire Lottery.
On Race Day, Modified race teams will check in at the Pit Office.
A lottery number will be drawn AT CHECK-IN.
When Modified tire sales open, (estimated time 7:30 am), lottery numbers will be called 3 at a time. Each team will buy all 4 (Wall Modified) or all 7 (Tour Modified) race tires at the time their number is called to buy. Tire numbers will be recorded at time of purchase.
10 minute time limit. Please be respectful of others.

THIS YEAR, TURKEY DERBY IS DESIGNED TO BE A ONE DAY EVENT FOR ALL DIVISIONS.
RACE TRAILERS SHOULD BE REMOVED AT THE END OF EACH EVENT.

FRIDAY NOV. 24 ALL SATURDAY RACERS CAN BEGIN DROPPING TRAILERS AFTER 6:30 PM. THIS IS TO ALLOW FRIDAY RACERS TIME TO LEAVE BEFORE WE GUIDE YOU IN.
ALL SATURDAY RACERS SHOULD EXIT THE PIT AREA AFTER THE EVENT ENDS SATURDAY NIGHT.
DEMOLITION DERBY CARS MAY START ENTERING THE PIT AREA SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER 6:30 PM.
